THERE’S an added attraction for Mark Frankel when Joanna Kanska pops up as his sexy Polish au pair in Vanity Dies Hard and flirts with her handsome boss.<\/p>\n
But unlike in her last TV appearance – as a scheming art collector in Lovejoy – she keeps her clothes on.<\/p>\n

Joanna seduced Ian McShane in his antiques rogue show after turning up in his bedroom carrying a bottle of champagne and wearing nothing but a fur coat.<\/p>\n
But in Ruth Rendell’s thriller the attraction between Andrew Fielding (Frankel) and desperately homesick Pernille Madsen (Joanna) is not taken further than the odd glance.<\/p>\n
There are no sex scenes for 36-year-old Joanna, and that’s the way she prefers it these days.<\/p>\n
“I’m getting older, and I’m glad when I don’t need to show my body,” says the Polish-born actress.<\/p>\n
The stunning star of Capital City, A Very Peculiar Practice and Sleepers is still being driven up the pole by her accent, though.<\/p>\n
