KINDRED STAR DEAD: Mark Frankel, who starred last year in the TV series Kindred The Embraced, died in a motorcycle accident in London last month, it was reported only recently. He was 34.
The actor first came to the attention of North Americans when he played the recurring role of Simon Bolt in the NBC-TV series Sisters. Born in London, he was a professional tennis player in his college years. He made his movie debut in the British comedy Leon the Pig Farmer.
Frankel is survived by his wife, Caroline, and a son, Fabian.
